OPSWA is looking for a creative and enthusiastic graphic designer to assist in the development of designs for social posts, print resources, and the website. This will be a two month, full-time contract and is an excellent opportunity to assist a non-profit reach their audience in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

Create designs for print and online resources including social posts, our website and nutrition resources
Research and understand the nutritional resources that already exist for Prader-Willi Syndrome and understand the needs of the community
Collaborate with the Executive Director, Website Project team, and Nutritional Project team to bring concept development to delivery of final designed resources
Present design concepts and final deliverables to the Executive Director, Website Project team, Nutritional Project team, and the Board of Directors
Revise designs based on internal and community feedback/direction

Skills and Experience

Student currently enrolled in a Graphic Design program
A minimum of two years related graphic design experience, and proven experience with both web and print content development
Ability to represent complex information with easy-to-understand diagrams and images
Demonstrated proficiency working with graphic design software, and with Google Suite products
Experience working with nonprofits preferred

Part-time hours: 35 per week
