OPWSA's 1K A Day Challenge for PWS Champions
OPWSA would like to thank all of the individuals with PWS and their families and friends that took part in our 1K A Day Challenge in August, 2020.
The goal was simple...walk or run at least 1 km every day throughout the month of August or take in a physical activity, such as biking, swimming, yoga, dancing, etc., for at least 30 minutes every day.
Those who completed the 1K A Day Challenge every day in August received a certificate, and an OPWSA notepad and mood pencil in the mail. Only those living in Ontario were eligible to receive the prize.
