OPWSA's 1K A Day Challenge for PWS Champions


OPWSA would like to encourage individuals with PWS and their families and friends to take part in our 1K A Day Challenge that will be taking place throughout August.

The goal is simple...walk or run at least 1 km every day throughout the month of August. If walking or running isn't an option for you, then we are encouraging you to do a physical activity, such as biking, swimming, yoga, dancing, etc., for at least 30 minutes every day.

Follow along on OPWSA's Facebook Page and Instagram, and share your progress. Those who complete the 1K A Day Challenge every day in August will receive a certificate, and a small prize in the mail. Please note that only those living in Ontario are eligible to receive the prize, and those living outside of Ontario will receive their certificate by email.
